Peace & Quiet is for all young people and their families. Peace means many different things to different people. We can explore the Divine, focus on techniques for anxiety and big emotions, and rest in the beauty of nature.

If you don’t use God language in your home, we will talk about what is good, true, and beautiful in this life.

Spiritual Direction

Working under the belief that children already have a relationship with God, we will listen for God's still, small voice in our daily lives. All children, regardless of religious beliefs, race, sexual orientation, or gender identity are truly beloved.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Meeting thoughts and emotions, greeting them, and letting them go. We focus on being present with kindness for ourselves and others.
